I got a new dovetail jig a few weeks ago and now I needed to figure out how to store it. I had my old one on top of a tool box but I wanted that space to be open. I'd thought of hanging it on the wall but I'm running out of wall space.
Anyway, I was looking for a way to have it on the wall without having to pick it up off a hook to get it down, I didn't want to lift it off. So I had this small space between a tool box and a cabinet and it has this foundation ledge sticking out. See pictures, I set it on the ledge and it just leans against the wall and I made a small rotating cleat to keep it upright. I have a hand hold in the mounting board so I just lean it out and pick it up by the handle. Works pretty good.
Thanks for looking,
Wayne
