I would give a GRBL post processor a try.
Likely to be POST for NCSTUDIOHai I want to ask about save toolpath for my china router 1325, what type post processor I must save it?I ussually use ucancam software for my cnc router and I want to try to use aspire software..Did anyone try aspire software for 1325 china cnc machine router?Let me know thank you very much..
And there's really no reason for you to be a jerk when enough information isn't given. I've seen the 1325 come with a multitude of different systems!Machine is using Weihong controller with ATC (NCSTUDIO g-code & m-codes dialect).
Don't just suggest GBRL or MACH3 post-processors out of ignorance.
Nor upset just pointing out your reply. Actually you can use the Avid Mach4 PP in the Vectric software as I've built many Avid systems and no problem whatsoever. I've got 3 machines running the Mach2/3 PP with the systems dialed in to .0001. And yes, I use all of the Vectric Software, and have been for 10 yrs. And while Mach3 is not supported any longer I have run it on a Chinese 1325 with no problems. So as I stated earlier what one uses is dependant upon what control software is running the machine, or pendant system. I'm on a multitude of CNC forums and you'd be surprised the number of people that don't know which PP to use since very few take time to read their manuals.@maddog
Sorry
FYI:
Vectric does not even have any POST PROCESSORS for MACH4
MACH4 users are told that MACH3 POST PROCESSORS will work fine.
Then MACH3 users are told to use the post processors labelled Mach2_3_xxxxx.pp meaning MACH3 users are actually told to use the MACH2 subset.
So they isn't any real Vectric POST PROCESSOR for MACH3 or MACH4 - only PPs for MACH2.
"1325" just mean 13dmx25dm = 4 feet x 8 feet (table size).Nor upset just pointing out your reply. Duh............. You're not telling me anything new since I had one, which is why I asked what controller system he was running. After which you claimed I was ignorant. Hust how many CNC have you designed and built? However, it appears you're just a know it all that likes to spout off information, but you provide no solutions."1325" just mean 13dmx25dm = 4 feet x 8 feet (table size).
"Chinese 1325" cannot tell you what controller or manufacturer except a router of 4 feet x 8 feet table size came from China.
More Choice on CNC Router 1325 SpecificationsDuh............. You're not telling me anything new since I had one, which is why I asked what controller system he was running.
