Default MilesCraft customer service

I believe in giving praise to companies who provide great customer service.

I recently had to purchase a MilesCraft sign making jig, because I had A LOT of signs to make for a project. I was a little bummed when I found one of the rail connectors had a broken tap fused into the aluminum (for a soft metal, it can be a pain to tap), but was able to work around it and finish the project on time.

I contacted Milescraft customer service, and in no time flat and without question they sent out the replacement piece. They also followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

I was very satisfied with their customer service, and wanted to give them credit for taking the opportunity to make things right.

Good to hear, Doug. Glad they treated you right. This kind of CS is oft times of more importance to me than most other reviews!

I have found that hand tools are the best choice when I want to make mistakes at a slower rate of speed.

I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it.

I agree Doug, I've used their customer service a couple of times and both times were very helpful and accommodating. Sad to say it is getting harder find that these days.

The problem with experience is I usually get it immediately after I need it.
