$63.80 on Amazon.ca but C$150 to ship it here. I'll have to pass.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.

I think they are about $70 each up here at our tool chain stores. I have a pair of 50s and a pair of 30s I got on a deal from LV 10 years or so ago and the truth is I'm not wild about them anyway. My personal opinion is that Jorgensens are a little better and were a little cheaper but I see they are skyrocketing up in price now that it looks like they won't be available anymore.

I have the Jorgensens too...
had issue w/ Bessey banding clamps and Bessey blew me off...
gave them away and use quick clamps and wedge now...

I just got the following notice from Amazon re. my order of four sets of clamps:

"We're writing to inform you that your order has been canceled. We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. In most cases, you pay for items when we ship them to you, so you won't be charged for items that are canceled."

I called Amazon and they were zero help!

Sounds like it was too good to be true and it wasn't.
