Default Mixing woods

Hey guys, I was given a bunch of different pieces of wood, some pine some oak and some I'm not sure what it is. Thought of making a kind of organizer for work with them and wondered if it would cause any problems John

Different woods will have varying expansion rates with moisture content, so the design would need to accommodate that aspect. If you keep the long grain parallel, and the ends floating, you should be OK.

Even with A/C, wood moves, more if you want it not to do so.
