And, that's outrageous. I have a few 1st generations of that tool. Can't be sure but, I'll bet they were around $15 or $20.

Amazon sellers can put any price they want on their items. you should see the spread of prices we see on amazon Canada. One seller might have something for a hundred and another for a thousand.
I often find the same items cheaper on Walmart.com or HomeDepot.com. Worth checking those or googling for lowest price for something. Shipping cost is often the spoiler, but not if you have the item delivered at your local store.
Take a deep breath and relax. When a seller has no inventory but expects more, some follow the practice of editing the price to outrageous to eliminate orders temporarily. When back in stock, they simply edit the price. This is vastly easier than taking down the entire listing?
Well I was sort of hoping, what with Oktoberfest coming up, that there'd be complimentary beer and dirndls for that price.
