Default Just got a dandy countersink

Here a month or so ago I went on a hunt for a good countersink. I I settled on one from an aircraft tools company Brown Tool Co. https://www.browntool.com/Listview/t...9/Default.aspx

I used it today for the first time and it did what I expected of a good countersink. It took a few minutes to set up for depth, but after that it did a nice job. No whirling rim to mark up the work.

It is a countersink only, have to dill the holes first. Can be set to counter bore for plugs too.

Countersinks are the most elusive of tools, they hide from you so easily. I've probably bought 5 sets so far. This set looks big enough so it isn't going to hide so easily.

Online Supply, up here in Canada, has some nice stuff at reasonable prices(?)...
This is about the closest thing in value I found.

I should have mentioned that I've been dealing with them and have had great service.

Love those miro-stop cages and countersinks. That is a great find for the price with all the sizes they include. I still use mine from my aircraft days. Set the depth and do 100 countersinks, all will be the same.
