Those multi-tools have a special blade for removing adhesives/caulking. My experience has been that they work like a hot damn!

The property my home sits on was originally powered for ONE mobile home. They set up poles across a large farm, and basically ran what I call "heavy speaker wire" across a few hundred acres of farmland. The owner sold off the land around this house, and a neighbor bought it. Another neighboring farmer deeded a parcel of land to his daughter. So there are three homes on this street now. Each of the other two homes has 200 amp service, and they each have a 200 amp shop. I have 200 amps to my home, and two shops, with 200 amp and 400 amp service ... all across that "speaker wire." The closest three phase power is 2.6 miles away.
