I ended up hitting up Chowes over in Forest park.
They had around 15,000 on hand LOL ! I bought 10 for $8.00.
$8.00 minimum. SO I have plenty spares if it happens again in the future

Yep, that why they got "Do Not take orally" on Preperation H.

The problem with experience is I usually get it immediately after I need it.

I believe all arbor threads are ACME. If not, they should be.
You can tell by looking at the arbor. If it is flat along its length, with the threads cutting into the flat, it is ACME. That is so it is the same diameter along the entire length, and a dado set will attach snugly.
