Default The WS2000

Has Anyone used this sharpener. I been gathering up parts to build the One on the cover of ShopNotes. But there is no way I can make one for $16.99.

Eagle America has their Model Worksharp 2000 on sale for !6.99. What do you think?

I think the $16.00 price is just for the wheel accessory.

Thanks Doug!
You are correct, I jumped the gun on this one. The price is about $99.00 so I guess I'm back to gathering parts!

Harry,

I jumped the gun at an unbelievable price once... should have re-checked the ad. Instead of getting an entire router base (regularly $69) I just got a replacement handle. Factor in shipping, $20 I'll never get back.......

live and learn!

I am in the process of working on one, and it is not hard to do. I am not going very fast because of health reasons, and other responsibilities, but i hope to work on it slowly. I did learn one thing, do not jump the gun and try to post it as ongoing. The nest time, i will finish before posting. Good Luck and you can tell me how your's works

Well guys, thanks for the support, but lets face it, I'm just getting old. Make far too many errors these days, I'm just thankful I can still fix most of them!!!!!
Maybe we can all help each on this project. I hope to start on mine soon. Got my TS torn down right now, adding another router and out feed table with lots of drawers, Just can't get enough storage!!

I know what you mean Harry. I am looking for a way to either expand my current shop or build a larger one from the ground up. I just have too much stuff and too little space. A water supply out there would be nice also.
