Default Hello.... Pecan tree question

I have a very large pecan tree that blew down in a storm and was looking for thoughts about working with pecan wood for furniture or if it is a desirable wood to work with

Welcome to the forum Paul.

Pecan is a very desirable wood to work with, check into getting that fallen tree milled, dried and put to good use.

Pecan is in the hickory family and is a great wood.
