Default Storing BS blades

I'm beginning to acquire bands, I got 4 now and I have them coiled and hanging in the shop.

Any good ideas for storing them? Keep them in their boxes? Spray them with some kind of coating? If so what kind of coating?

I run a dehumidifier in the shop for most of the yr, the bands are out of harms way but in the open.

Hi Ronald,

I wipe mine down with a product named Slipit and then just hang them on the wall coiled up. Never had any problems.

Bob thanks for the link.
I've been using some old synthetic net mending line I got from my uncle, (retired fisherman) to keep the coils tight.
My fear isn't from the exposed metal but where the band folds and contacts itself within the coil.
