Default MDO vs MDF jigs

Looking for some opinions on MDO vs MDF for jigs. Hate working with MDF but if there are major benefits regarding longevity/ maintaining flatness etc.. I guess I'll suck it up.

the MDO and HDO I've seen used for concrete forming isn't as smooth as MDF. But, it's lighter and the HDO is very durable.
I suppose that there are different brands/ manufacturers. Some might be smoother than others???

The MDO I get has a plywood inside with a smooth covering. Nice stuff.

Never, under any circumstances, combine a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.
