Default Pressed to find a Drill Press

Here I go again.
Anyone have any experience with the new Porter Cable drill press at Lowe's ?
I know it's all rebranded Black and Decker and not what it used to be under the PC name and all, but I keep looking at that drill press compared to the Ridgid model of simlar specs. I keep coming back to the PC for some reason. I think it looks and feels more solid and has a couple novelty features like the depth stop lock and the way the table looks that appeals to me. And also it's more HP than the Ridgid. Both are $299. I live within 2 miles of both stores as well. Any thoughts on experiences with the Porter Cable one ? Thanks in advance.

If price is an issue or concern, look at Harbor Freight.

I got for christmas about 4 or 5 years ago a bench top craftsman drill press. It has turned out to be one of my most used tools and so far has held up very well.
