I don't know of anyone that makes it in a carb.spiral bit type.

7mm = .275" ,just asking why can't you use a 1/4" and make a 2nd pass to get the size you want. ???
1/4" = .250"

Hope this help

Thanks for all your help, I needed to plunge 1/4" holes for 1/4" peg. peg to tight so went to 17/64 brad point which is .25 mm smaller than a 7mm bit. Again thanks for all your help. db cole.

Bobj3--Thanks for the tip Bob but I have solved my Question. I bought a 17/64 brad bit from Lee Valley had to shorten it by 9/16, have it turned to 1/4 to fit router insert, then found the bit to long so had to put a 5/8 shim between router & base plate. This worked great. One thing though you have to plung quite slow or you get tearout on the top of project. Hope someone else might be able to use this info. Bye for now Doug Cole.
