Default Photos From Jerry's Shop

Recently there was a remark about on the forum about my shop so tofay I am putting a few shots on this new thread. One of the pictures is of a play house that my brother from Alaska built for my wife's great grandson. Also there is one picture of the modified cursor and window on my LS TS system. Due to my poor vision I had to modify it in order to use it, one is just of the modification and the other shows the magnifier that is used too. Lets see if I can the pictures on this thread now.

Great Looking shop with LOTS of room, I work in a tight space and would love to be able to spread out and handle full 4' x 8' sheet stock etc. ( super equipment load too )

Love the cursor idea Jerry! I think I'm gonna give it a try. Maybe one credit card sized mag. placed just above another???? Hmmmmmmm says I!!

as for your shop... love the space... and the tablesaw . I've had the same model for 7-8 yrs now I think it is, and she's served me well until lately. Keep the crank mechanisms clean and dry lubed. I've worn mine down to a nub and its either rebuild her or replace her.....and ohhhh how I'd like a new Grizzzzzzzzzzz...

thanks

There is no luck to it, but we can't talk about spiritual things on this forum which both you and I know, the shop and tools are only a small part of whole pie, wish I could elaborate, it's a great story and still is going on, just a hit, OIL and FREEDOM. It all began ten years ago, no there was no luck to what has happened to me since then.

Bill, I did not add the photo of the cursor with the magnifying glass, will try to add it to this post, but if I can't do so, I will put it another thread.

I really like the hoist you have there. I can see that as being a really handy accessory for lifting full sheets of plywood/MDF or finished cabinets. Nice!

Russ,
I didn't realize that the hoist is in the photo, I was so focused on the wood working tools. The shop was originally erected for working on farm equipment when my wife and her first husband were farming large tracts of land and growing cotton. After my wife's husband was killed acccideetly while in the hospital, she and I met and were married in 2004. The shop is perfect for my wood working and I may close it in someday and install A/C and heat. This would really make it nice.

I like the playhouse but I do not like the red star and your brother should changed it truly, it should be another color..maybe blue could go perfect but not red...
I am going to make an order for the Incra LS super system next year but I am still building up the tools at my workshop, and I will take some pictures in a couple of weeks because I do have not have the time to build everything up yet...
You have nice tools at your workshop, truly great and a lot of space even. /M
