Default Vendor credit

Some times we complaint about the service and products we buy but forget the good thing that happen to us

I recently bought three bits from Sommerfeld tools, next day the refund me about $10.00 because I bought multiple bits, they did not have to say anything did not know I had it coming nice to deal with honest people.
I seen on the forum where numerous vendors have done good thing.
MAYBE IT TIME TO RECOGNIZE THEM
Had any good repport with vendors lately let hear about it.
No complaints just the good stuff

John I work in an industry where you don't get to much feedback for doing good but you sure hear about it if you make a mistake , so to me you bring up an important subject.

I would like to mention a gentleman by the name of Neil at Incra who I found to be very good at customer service .
Neil seems very knowledgeable about there products and was very helpful in getting some things resolved for me . I will definitely be buying more of there products in the future .
Keep up the good work Neil

I donít always insulate , but when I do .
Ok ,I never insulate

I have 3. I agree with Sommerfeld, also Yonico bits (Precision Bits), and Cripe Distributing. All were really honest and excellent to deal with.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.

I don't have any to add but I think it is a great idea. These are the folks I will consider when I need something.

My local Rockler store (only woodworking store in driving range) not long ago had an employee from one store drive my new table saw out so I could get it sooner. Laguna replaced a table saw completely when I found the wings on the first one were not flat. Later went to Laguna tools with a friend to get a band saw and they spent a lot of time with us (friend is an engineer and fussy). Next day it was set up and ready for pickup. They even brought out machined straight edges and feeler gauges to make sure the new one was dead flat. Infinity Tools has shipped everything I've ordered from them in jig time. Finally Amazon, which is incredibly prompt at delivering things and refunds without any hesitation. I think its a good idea to share the good stuff.
