Default Just blabing

Had a good shop day today,up at the crack of dawn.table saw is up in running wth new paddle switch and extended table, really like the new switch, big improvement over old rotory, don't have to think, just bump it with my knee it's off. Also liking that I raised the table height to 36" ,quite nice, put quite a pit of plywood through the saw today, working on.....
Reworked my dc today, came out great,2 hp king unit with a super dust deputy. Mounted the blower directly on top of the cyclone, rigged up a much improved barrel under it
Really pleased
Picked up a vintage beave 3800 jointer,no motor or stand but otherwise very nice,$60

It almost sounds like Christmas came early for you.

Someone I consider a master woodworker once told me that a master woodworker is not someone who never makes mistakes. He is someone who is able to cover them up so that no one can tell.

sorta Chuck
Only spent $60 on the jointer, something like fifteen on the switch and $20 on a plastic barrel.Already had the dc and dust deputy just wanted to rework it,reduce its foot print and make it a little more user friendly
