Default any advise

any advise on t&g routing and biscuit jointing.i have a clarke router and table x a bosch router ,my t&grooved boards were unlevel yet to try biscuit jointing thanks alan

Unlevel...? Twisted, bowed, curved...? What are you making...floor, table, panel...?

Width of boards...thickness...?

Lots of knowledge on the forum...the more info you provide, the better...

If your T&G is way off level then you likely aren't registering the same side on the table. IE you are putting one board face down and the next face up. Even when doing all faces the same they may be slightly off. The common practice (in old days) when installing hardwood floors was to sand them flat after installation.
