Bill, that depends on if the joint will be used indoors or out. Any of the Yellow wood glues will work fine indoors but for outdoor use you need something water resistant like Titebond III or Gorilla glue.

Exclamation Still trying to learn more having little knowledge

I appreciate those who are willing to ask a question such as this. I am sure I am not the only one who did not know the answer to this question, but then again maybe I am. At any rate these are the types of questions that I need to ask, so I am thankful for the questions and the answers as well.

Frank, it may surprise you to learn that when you ask questions it benefits us all. In trying to answer questions I have come up with new solutions that I use and I am sure this is true of others as well.

If you haven't found them yet each section of the forums has a link at the top of "How To" sticky threads. These are filled with great information and answers to the most commonly asked questions.

What makes the forums the best place on the web is your participation!
