Default Live Edge Black Walnut Coffee Table

Had the chance to get some rough black walnut slabs from a local milling company. Decided to try building a live edge coffee table.
It was a design as you go and working with blending in the live edge to any cuts took time. This one is nice and working on a end table to match. Has anyone took on the live edge finishing and what is the best finish for this wood?

Ken, I cannot think of words to describe the beauty of your table. Absolutely, tremendously awesome and more.

Ken that is great work. I sure hope you will stick around and post some more of your work. Words don't do it justice so pictures are the next best thing.

Measure once cut twice and it's still to short.
