1 PC 693 with 2 bases
1 PC 894 with 2 bases
1 HF laminate trimmer (Lot of Bang for the $19 it cost on sale)
1 Sears Rotozip type unit (Surprisingly usefull, I must admit!)
The 2 Porter cable router kits are great because most of the parts and accessories are interchangable, the only thing that gets me mumbling under my breath is the 690 bases use fractional screws, the 890 bases have metric screws. When swapping stuff back and forth, got to make sure not to cross thread them.
Would love to pick up another 890 motor only, seen a couple good buys on ebay, maybe can find one in a garage sale.
I have 10 routers, but I've never use them. Right now, I'm just a tool collector.
I have 3 Routers. 2 Black & Decker fixed base ( one monted in router table) and a Ryobi plunge . The Ryobi is my favorite. Oh and a dremal tool with a router base.
I am ashamed to admit, I have 8.
I would be happier if I could learn to use one of them to a 90% level.! :)
I have an old Sears I bought about 26 years ago, 1hp and a PC694VK with both bases that I just bought about 3 months ago, I still like my Sears for doing laminate work etc, that was the main reason I bouhgt it back then. Got my 50.00 dollars worth so far
Right now I own a 1HP Craftsman and a 1 3/4 HP Craftsman - both 1/4".
I just ordered a refurb Hitachi M12V and can't wait to get it!
