Smile I have a 40-601 scrollsaw out of balance --HELP

I have 40-601 scrollsaw that my father had given me awhile back ,I am into wood carving and scrimshaw and was using this one day and the speed was going up and down ,so I ordered the Speed Control Rotor and replaced it .The old Rotor was in pieces ,laying in a heap at the bottom . WHen we replaced it , it meant we had to take the shaft out and now put all back together it's speed is good and fixed , but when you speed it up ,it starts to vibrate badly , I do believe that the weights that are on the shaft have to be put on a certain way and I cannot see any markings on them as to the way they fit back on the shaft . Anyone have any suggestions for me ? I ahve looked at the schematics for the saw and it shows the weights with the big side of the weights in one direction , that is the way we put it back on and it is wrong . I believe . Any help would be appreciated .
Thanks from Springfield,MO

I did find my answer , I spoke with a gentleman who collects scrollsaws and he told me where the wieghts needed to be turned ,so that it would be ion balance and vibrate so violently. So for other user's out there with a 40-601 the weight distribution needs to be as follows : as you are looking at the inards if the saw from the bottom, and the motor sahft being on front,we'll call the wieght on the motor shaft the right side , the wieght needs to be turned at 9:00 o'clock . The wieght on the left side, should be turned at between 3:00 -4:30 . I tryed this and at forst had to play around with it a bit ,and found myself turning the gear tooth by tooth there for a moment, but finally made it. I marked the gear with a Black Sharpie on top so in case it happened again, I knew where I was heading with my weights . Thank you all, and good luck to all of you.STarted hand carving another Spirit Face and Praying Hands yesterday.
Thanks again.
