Arrow Joint-Matic + Other Delta machinery

Wife and I are moving to a condo, no room for a shop. The following items are for sale in the Detroit area:

Joint-Matic purchased new from Don Strong personally before he sold patents to Shopsmith.

Rockwell Delta RC-33 13" thickness planer, 220 volt single phase + HTC mobile base

Rockwell Delta 10" Contractor's saw 120 volt + Excalibur T-Slot Precision fence + cast iron wings from Unisaw that replaced sheet metal wings + HTC mobile base

Rockwell Delta 14" wood band saw, fence, work light and casters

Rockwell Delta Model 46-111 Wood Lathe

Shopsmith Mark V + miscellaneous small accessories

All equipment was purchased new by me in the mid 1980s and have the original manuals. I had fun building the shop but a growing family came along and I am embarrassed to say that I only built very few projects. Thus all the equipment listed above is in near-new condition.

Yes, I know I didn't list any prices -- because I just don't know what to ask. Suggestions and/or offers welcome.

I understand the lack of room issue since we spend a lot of time in our motorhome. Have you considered renting a storage shed to work in ? I set up a small shop in one a while back and the cost was low enough to satisfy my woodworking habit, just had to downsize a bit. Most places have old abandoned gas stations, stores and etc that can be had for low rental cost.

Thanks for the reply, it's a nice idea -- but at this point in life, just closing everything out seems the best path for me to take.

@ Radio Doc,re pricing your machinery etc. Find the new price & halve it. You say it's all in good condition but at 30 plus years old the gremlins are moving in & having parts replaced is costly. James.jj777746
