14 inch bolts

I need to purchase a 3/8 bolt that is 14-16" long that has the threads all the way up to the head (or within an inch). Where can I find this animal? I looked all over the closest "big" city today and every hardware store came up empty.
Thanks for any tips.

google 3/8 threded rod. The blue and white big box store has it, as does the orange and white store.

Got it...I need to look for a threaded rod!

The nice thing is that I was already at the blue and white store today...ugh.

Yes tou need all thread, both big box stores carry that.
