Hello,
I am building some counter tops.
I found this 3 and 1 Flush Trim Bit on amazon (CMT 807.128.11) and the plastic guide looks like a great idea. I have 2 questions.
1. Can this bit be used for trimming the counter top edges of the laminate before applying the large surface pieces? I am concerned about the 3 degree shear angle.
2. Is the plastic guide really better than full bearing contact or are there negative aspects to the plastic guide?
Thanks,
Tom
