Just bought the Jessem to install in my existing Rockler table, and using my PC 7518. Had to buy the Jessem template to cut hole the proper hole to house the lift. As instructed, used a 3'4" od bushing and 1/2" straight bit. To avoid cutting away any more surface between the plate and the fence I mounted the template flush with the top (the side closes to the fence) of the existing cutout. After cutting the depth of 3/8", the top was the only part that cut the full 3/8" depth. As the enclosed picture indicates the two sides and the bottom (yes that's where I let the router "dip") did not cut the full 3/8" as required. What in the world did I do wrong. All answers much appreciated. Also, as in my last post, wife is still undergoing cancer treatments and it may be a while before I can respond.
